Joe is an experienced club & international judge who has judged for over 100 clubs in Ireland, across the UK and in South Africa. In October 2023 he is one of the judges for the Edinburgh International Salon, accredited by all the major bodies (FIAP, PSA, GPU, PAGB, SPF).

He has judged both in person, & mostly these days via Zoom and can do either “live” sessions where he only sees the images as they are presented, or pre-judging, where the images are sent ahead of the club session for review and scoring.

Joe is also happy to load up the judging images into Lightroom ahead of a session and offer quick tips and edits to show how images might have been improved. This adds value to the sessions and normally is very well received.
